 Architecture is a key component of the property services and development undertaken by Lend Lease. In order to offer its internal and external clients world class professional services, Lend Lease design strives to be at the forefront of planning and design innovation through its internal capability and collaboration with key consultants.
It is a world class grouping of architectural talent that understands the technical, socio-economic, commercial and delivery aspects of large scale, complex urban projects. The Architectural Design Team has the skills to understand and develop issues at both macro and micro scale to achieve the best possible solutions in developments. The team provides a value-added approach to projects, delivering innovative and best practice outcomes both for clients and the community.
The team seeks to understand the sustainability parameters of projects, including ecological, financial, social and political drivers, and to integrate these often complex issues into well-conceived designs. The team operates across many levels, from individual buildings to development sites and precincts.
The capability of the Architectural Design Team includes strategic conceptual advice, masterplanning, concept design, design development, design management and detailed design and documentation.
